Our stay was pleasant. The only thing we didn't like was that the room smelled like smoke when we first walked in. Oh, and the water didn't drain fast enough when taking a shower. But, overall, the hotel was nice. We liked the little atrium and that there was a movie theater and bowling alley there as well. Parking was easy to get to. Would stay again.

I like the hotel itself. The room are big and clean. Not a lot of sit down food options and the homeless around the building are a bit sketchy.

It is always clean and quiet. It feels safe and the workers are very nice. There are a lot of homeless people on the blocks around the casino. I also wish they had more food option.

Boulder highway and Nellis is a sketchy area and I know you cannot control that but having extra security around the property would help make me feel safer outside

More than spectacular.
Sam's Town sets the standard for the hospitality industry. The rooms are updated and spotless, and every detail is polished. All the employees are proactive in trying to assist. The digital features for checkin and checkout are fantastic. I truly did not want to leave. They must take training their employees to a whole new level.
