Rude and unhelpful staff. Asked why room had not been cleaned and towels not replaced. Answer from their staff “YOU declined housekeeping” I stated that I did not decline and why would I not want our towels replaced so we could shower daily. (90 ply degrees heat) And the text conversation went on. Appears it was more important for the member of staff to win the ongoing argument, than offer good customer service. Eventually received towels after several more text messages. Do yourself a favour, choose another hotel, this one is the pits.

They gave me the wrong room first off, secondly, my sheets were dirty with hair on them when we first check in, i called room service several times for towels and no one ever showed up, we had to look for the service people to get our towels.

we loved staying at the flamingo. our room was clean, amenities were great, location was immaculate for our itinerary. i rated the cleanliness a 3/5 because one of our elevators (spa elevators) had literally blood on one of the walls for two of the 3 days we were there. i pointed it out to multiple staff members who weren’t very quick to assess the situation. other than that it was a great stay and exactly what we needed

I will forever love the memories there been coming there and staying with flamingo for years . The service is not there is not about the customer it’s honestly about money now. Last time we stay there our room was covered in dusty it would take the housing people and extra 5 mins to clean the tables and headboard of the bed and would be nice and clean . It looked like in my room and the second room that it probably had not been clean for months . The pool rules with not able to bring drinks that have been clearly purchased at the casino it’s a a bit ridiculous.

If you want a cheap & convenient stay, Flamingo is the place to go. It’s central to everything on the strip with convenient access to food, shopping, and drugstore close by. Only downsides we had was that our cards to get into the elevator and our room were inconsistent and struggled to work. In fact one of the days our key would not let us in and we had to call the Flamingo to send someone up and nobody came. Also, there seemed to be difficulty with communication between Expedia and Flamingo, I requested late check out but the cleaners came to our room and said we did not have late check out so I had to go downstairs and talk to the front desk but they said everything looked good on their end. Overall, I guess I got what I paid for.

My room was leaking. We had conjoined rooms and they maids kept closing and locking them leaving half of the party stuck on getting in the other room as we only had 1 key per person for one room each not two rooms. Very disappointed. Shower was not stocked with anything. No towel refills.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the property, and I loved the paradise park like area with live flamingos, ducks to take in the beauty of nature. My room was spotless, great staff and so many choices of restaurants to choose from. I look forward to returning in the future and I highly recommend the Flamingo Hotel to all my family and friends.

Loved the property as a whole. The room had a few scuffs and scrapes that need to be addressed. Checking in was the worst part and has been for years I guess. Still can’t manage to hire more employees behind the desk? Only 2 employees to check everyone in. What’s the point of having self check in kiosks if you still have to wait in line to receive your room keys??

Our rooms weren’t all connected which I put in my registration. I knew the property was one of oldest properties both rooms sinks were clogged every time, there was no soap gave us tiny little tubes of shampoo. We needed towels takes them 5 hours or hunt one down the hall and if you didn’t call it in they won’t give you any towels!! But what gets us at the property is the parking charges which was ridiculous!! $20/day $25/weekends! Last year we stayed at Cosmopolitan and it was free for guest staying there not at Flamingo I learned the hard why. First day it cost me $40 because I didn’t know so every time you leave and come back it’s $20!!
