The hotel was great and you can’t beat the location. The only struggle I had was with the WiFi. First of all you are only allowed to register two devices with the WiFi unless you want to pay extra. Upon checking in to my room it said two devices were already connected. I first had to call and manually add my two devices and then every time I left the room I would be disconnected and have to call again. A huge inconvenience.

First and foremost, it’s important to know this is considered a budget hotel in Vegas. It’s older but kept up for the most part. The Flamingo sanctuary was nice and the surrounding area was plentiful, filled with an array of restaurants and shops along with nicer hotels such as Caesars Palace and the Bellagio. The rooms…very basic. In fact, we had the executive suite on the 28th floor so we expected that the rooms would be nicer. They weren’t. Not even complimentary waters or coffees or frankly, anything that made you feel a bit more welcome. The pool is awesome - in the pictures. What they don’t tell you, if you want a lounge to sit in, it’ll cost you. If you want to go to another part of the pool, it’ll cost you. There are no tumblers, water bottles or cameras of any kind allowed (yet you can bring your phone). Why? So they can charge you. I’ve quickly dubbed this place the “nickel and dime” because they squeeze everything they can out of you. That said, in the end, it’s worth spending the extra money to find another hotel. We’ve stayed in Vegas many times and know that there are better options.

Generally affordable and centrally located with 2 amazing pool areas and love the waterfalls and gardens in the animal sanctuary. I have stayed here before in a flamingo room and it was much newer than the go room they gave us this time. The upper floors and go rooms need renovating..the room itself was ok but the bathroom was not up to my cleanliness standards and the shower door leaked. The elevators were near by and made loud horrific noises..I inquired about switching rooms twice and they said I wasn't there within the 11am-2pm time frame to switch which is a stupid rule..I wanted to switch because of the leaky shower and the noise elevator, not because I am fussy over details. After my second attempt I just gave up. Last stay I would have given a 5, this stay I'm saying a 3 because the room was not in great shape and the staff weren't very helpful.

Their rooms were very dirty. Carpet was very disgusting that needs to be updated at night time. It was very nosy that I have to call the stuff to stop the next room that was making a lot of noise . I was very disappointed will not stay here again
