I left the property and the amenities afforded. However, the music from the pool party in the afternoon is ridiculously loud, making it very difficult to relax. Also, the lines for the check-in checkout desk were very long at all hours of the day, making for much wasted time

I loved this hotel. It was a great location on the strip convenient to so much. However, the pool is way too small for the size of the hotel and was hard to keep clean. Also, the misic played at the pool was so loud and bass was so strong that you could hear it late into the night if your room faced the pool and as high as the 6th floor.

Second time staying here and the convenience cannot be matched. Parking garage to a breezy self check-in, and some new restaurants and easy access to most casinos right in the middle of the strip. Bed was comfortable, bathroom could use some TLC, just discolored edges from the floor flooding because they have an open shower with a half door and water gets everywhere, and peeling wall paper off the door due to no bathroom ventilation. Never heard our neighbors, only when doors were being shut. Mostly quiet, cold AC, and a fridge. What reeled us in was the room deal and cheap parking for the area. My major complaint is the fact that you pay a resort fee but cannot even get a pool chair as a paying guest. Since this newly renovated pool is free to the public, there is no priority seating for hotel guests and we ended up just sitting on the pool edge while lifeguards walked around us. All seats were taken just by towels and no one in them- for more than 30 minutes. I timed it and at least 2 dozen chairs empty. I was really hoping for something different, but with a tens of millions in renovations, I expected more. Tons of people everywhere. I know its to make you feel like you need to pay a few hundred dollars for a daybed… I just wish they would have a section of free chairs for the paying guests at their property when we are already paying for parking on top of a resort fee for what, wifi and a smaller gym than at my apartment complex? Get real. We will not be back here.

No cold water in room. Water was scolding. Had to go up 3 floors to get ice. Would not let us check in till 4 pm. I was told that since my booking was thru 3rd party I would be in older tower. We are seniors and were put on 15 th floor. Also the bath tub is a safety concern. Very slippery almost fell 2 times. The towels in the room were horrible. Very old and some had stains. Tv did not work properly. Also the parking garage was horrible as well. Thanks, Dennis 210-289-2407

The property is in pretty good condition, the rooms were clean and had most of the stuff we needed. The only issue was a little longer check in process than we expected and the room phone didn't seem to work so I couldn't connect with the front desk. I had to go wait in the line again where people were waiting to be checked in for small things. They were pretty responsive once they filed a work order even pretty late at night which was much appreciated. Overall great experience.
