The room has a gross smell to it. There were many issues with elevators and we had a problem with the valet as well. Flamingo is quite outdated.

So inside was clean outside smoking area was very dirty tables was cleaned for days tables very tippy. Unable to get coffee pot and coffee in room because we did not have a suite. 50.00 a day resortf fee. For what? Wi-Fi I have my owe. 20.00 a day parking fee. Outrageous!!! I have been coming to vegas for years. This Nickle and Dimeing has to stop. Room was very clean. Most of staff were nice had a couple of rude staff. Gardens were beautiful and habitat was a nice surprise. Location convenient. Would not stay here again.

As one of the older hotels on the Strip, I was surprised by how modern the room was. The property is nice. It is a blessing that there is built in outdoor space. In a town where you can easily spend all your time indoors it is nice to have that available.

Property was well kept, presently undergoing some renovations. The wildlife exhibit is a pleasant touch. Soap and shampoo in the bathroom are top notch and the room was cleaned daily.

Pleasant staff
My husband and I had a couples staycation at the Flamingo Resort. We parked in the parking garage, but the only space was on the roof so we had to descend a flight of stairs with our bags to get to the elevator to take us the rest of the way down to the ground floor. Checking in was easy and our room on the 26th floor offered us a nice view of the pool and Gardens below. We were offered an opportunity to upgrade to a newer room when we checked in, but we opted to stay in the room we originally booked in to keep the cost down. Our room was decent overall, but showed noticeable signs of wear from aging and use, such as burn marks on the chaise and counters. Otherwise it seemed fairly clean. There were no complementary shampoos and only a bar of soap upon our arrival. I thought that was worth mentioning just because many people rely on complementary soaps and shampoos when they travel. The staff were very pleasant overall. The interior of the hotel, including the casino and other amenities were moderately clean, but the exterior, particularly when you step out to the Linq promenade or front entrance were dirtier. However, there are so many partying travelers passing through that this isn’t necessarily surprising. Overall, our stay was decent, but we may opt for another property. Next time we take a staycation.
