The Expedia VIP access was unexpected and so appreciated. A truly fabulous experience. Ever staff member from Roxanne front desk to our Valet also Scott and Rob bell staff were truly exceptional. We will be back and cannot wait. What a wonderful property.

After waiting more than 10 minutes to ask a question at the pool, a staff member said they were understaffed, and that she was doing a lot. Federal Chicken & Donuts was to open at 7am, but at 8:05, the lights were off and there was no front staff, in the food court a person whom was talking to a staff member climbed over the counter, not sure if they worked there or not. In the lobby bar the server asked if we could close out check because she was done for the evening, which is fine, but then she cheered when her mom showed up and yelled, “I’m done!” right in front of us. The room was dirty, floor in bathroom was dirty and sticky from previous occupant. Had to call for glasses for the room. When I asked the house keeper for glasses she told me they were out. Also, when K came back to my room after breakfast, the housekeeper was in my room, she let me walk in and take my purse and never asked me for id. This was truly alarming that she trusted that it was my room. This was a very disappointing experience.
