When I first entered my room, it smelled like moldy/dirty sewer water, one of the entry lights was flickering, and the floor lamp wasn’t working either. The wall outlet that’s connected to the side of the counter of the fridge was popping out, but the outlets were working, and overall, the room didn’t look like it was properly cleaned. Maintenance staff came right away to fix the lights and they gave me a voucher for food or drinks which was kind of them. After I called front desk about the odor of the room which came from the shower, they sent housekeeping to clean my room which they did an ok job. Way better than when I arrived. All of that stress, the front desk gave me a $75 credit for food or drinks. To me, it wasn’t enough because of the fact that I had to deal with that odor for 4 days. I wouldn’t come back here again.
