The room was never cleaned during our stay. We were constantly needing to get new keys coded . One time the battery in the door failed.these are long walks to the desk and back each time. Generally speaking the hotel seemed less clean than in previous stays. The casino staff / servers and such - hard find during mid day hours.

I had the opportunity to upgrade to a corner suite for a great price and took advantage. The room was huge and very clean and we got access to the VIP lounge with our stay. Only ate at Salt & Ivy but the food was incredible. I highly recommend the biscuits & gravy if you are eating breakfast....phenomenal! Next time in Vegas I would definitely stay here again.

Room was spotless and clean. Many of the touch light switches were not working properly. Cold water faucets were all loose. Service charge and service charge followed by tipping and gratuity any chance they could get.
