Too noisy to sleep. If you are looking for a place to stay where you can actually get any sleep, do NOT book here. Absolutely awful. I can't understand why Expedia had this listed as "Exceptional". What a joke!

We were in a room on top of the parking garage with no easy access. The room was outside and not in the actual hotel proper. It was loud since our room directly faced the Freemont Experience which had music and lights going on until 1:00am. Hotel guests were actually using the wall to urinate against. The towels inside the room were dirty. The upper levels of the parking garage was closed which would have been the closest to our horrible room. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!

Staff friendly,easy ! Unfortunately our room didn’t have hot water for the shower . Maybe user error maybe not , just sayin’. We informed the desk but we were strapped for time Stuff happens! At early check out looking for trans to airport the desk person pointed and said see Jimmy ! We were thinking how behind we were and then laughing when the taxi showed up in under five minutes! Thank you Jimmy Would stay again 😎
