Loved the Luxor. Great hotel and it’s connected to the Excalibur and Mandalay Bay. Great amenities and restaurants. Pool was closed for season but we were allowed to go the Mandalay and swim it was heated. Room was nice and spacious just didn’t have a mini fridge. Overall nice place and I got a great price too.

Overall not terrible. Hotel is very dated. Not super impressed with bathroom in our room, lots of water damage areas throughout hallways. We were given a different room than what we booked when we first checked in. Telephone in room didn’t work so we had to go back down to check in desk to fix room mixup.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I liked that it was near the airport and loved the Egyptian theme. King Tut and Bodies exhibitions were both really good. No coffee or water given but all hotels in Las Vegas are the same l think.

There was 2 games at the same time while we were there and they would not let us park in the ramp for the hotel during them and nobody was helpful in telling us how we were supposed to park at our hotel during this time. And they acted like we were the bother. Very rude and when i called the front desk she basically said that she wasnt informed of the parking ramp being closed off but that it would probably open back up after the game. Duh! Also wasnt as classy as I'd expected for Las Vegas NV.

They put a hold on my card for 90$ and it’s was supposed to go back after a couple days . It has not and it’s terribly hard to get anyone on the phone I’ve been calling them for a week now and still haven’t managed to get one person the phone .

The hotel rooms are old, not well maintained. The elevators have paint coming off the walls, both in room and public areas wall paint falling off. Place needs to be renovation.

Horrible elevators! They shake and sway, horrible noise. The elevators are not safe! The room is from the '90s. When you turn on the TV you'll see it again. There's old dust on the air conditioner. The carpet is dirty, we walked in white socks and they became black. There is no kettle or refrigerator in the room !!! EVERYTHING! There is no coffee, tea or water! This is the stone age! The furniture and cabinets are old. The Luxor hotel needs an urgent update. It's a shame to have this kind of room stock in Las Vegas. THE POOL WAS NOT WORKING!
