We liked the cleanliness of the property, and the location is convenient. The buffet was good and loaded with variety except it's a bit pricy. We didn't like the concierge at the front deck when we checked in. He was rude, impatient and never smiled. Same goes to the waiter at the 24-hr restaurant. The housekeeping was good in general except one time we had to call at 7pm to request to make up the room.

Overall, Cesars Palace did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Save your money and look for a better option!

If you love Las Vegas. Then you’ll love the Caesars Palace. It’s always a good time, and it’s right off of the strip. They also have the delicious buffet downstairs.

I paid $50 / day for WIfi- never worked! I could never get on. On the app, problems with location Uber pick up area, the hallway by room smelled like someone puked! Smelled like vomit! For a 5 star resort, I would expect better. Staff was great! I had to pay for wifi but couldn’t use it, what really bothers me. Respectfully Jim

The hotel is amazing from walking in and maintained cleaned through out the hallways/ lobby/ gambling/ restrooms. The bedroom we expected better. The mini fridge had an open apple sauce container most likely from the previous person that stayed in that room. The restroom we found hair left on the shower wall.
