For how much I spent on this property I was vastly disappointed. It sucks becasue I was really excited for this hotel however this was so dispointed. It was dated, inculding the fridge was rigged with push slates that charges your card so you cant even use the fridge. The Wifi was charged if you had more then 2 devices. Not even starbucks was like this. Also it was overall cleansliness. There was a bug in our room, the shower cutrian didnt cover it all and the floor was drenched in water. for almost 1.5 K which mind you is double my rent, I would expect it to be at the very least clean and nice however it wasnt

Subpar for the money spent. They switched us rooms from what we chose. Room was clean but very dated. AC was beyond noisy. All the food was beyond overpriced for the quality.

I paid for a single and they put me in a double room with no reduced pay. When staying at the Caesar you would think the rooms would be top tier but they weren’t. My room looked nothing like the pictures I was very disappointed.

Good place to stay. Middle of the strip. My room was in the Augustus tower with a fountain view. My room was big with a couch and chairs. Don’t get me wrong it was very nice but my tub leaked, and the side cover to my tub was broken. My mirror was scratched. Minor thing but for the upgraded cost of a room I expect better.

I was really disappointed with the amenities, considering the room rate was $500 per night, plus the significant amount we spent for the conference. The mini-fridge was a joke, and the prices for in-room snacks were outrageous. Given the Vegas climate, staying hydrated is essential, but I had to improvise by filling the sink with ice to keep water cold since the fridge was for purchase only and even locked. I even requested a proper fridge, but it wasn’t provided. For the price, I expected much better—especially for such a well-known hotel. This experience definitely didn’t meet my expectations

It was clean and the room was comfortable. The staff was seemingly annoyed and not very helpful. Both the check-in staff and the sports book staff were not very courteous, provided very little direction for the location of our room and when trying to open an account at the sportsbook, you would have thought I asked the attendant to babysit my kids. We won't be coming back to Caesars Palace. Very disappointed in their employees and the choppy layout.
