We applied for an early check-in at 3 pm. Was told they would let us know via email when our room was ready. At 7:30 pm, we finally went to the front desk to ask why we were not given an early check in and they said we didn't do what we were supposed to do even though we had confirmation that they accepted out early check-in. We were then given a 2 queen bed room when we had originally reserved a king bed room. After going back to the front desk again, we were given a king bed room. We chose this property, and the rate that was more than double what we paid at another property the night before, for a more "Las Vegas" experience. We should have stayed at the other property for half the price and a newly remodeled room.

Totally enjoyed staying at this great hotel. The food, the staff, the service was one of a kind from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. We attended a concert in the coliseum inside the hotel and it was super great and convenient, totally loved it and enjoyed my entire stay there ALL AROUND! Thank you for making my stay an unforgettable one.

Our room did not have a blow dryer, the safe was broken, the phone was not working, there was a used up bottle of water in the corner of the room. We went downstairs to ask for all the basic hotel necessities and the service was so rude, and did not arrive until the following day after we had to go back down to ask AGAIN. I’ve always heard good things about Caesars Palace and have had friends stay there multiple times, however I must say my experience did not live up. Very disappointed.

They were just a lot of things that were quite frustrating about my stay at Caesars. It’s strange to come to a five star resort and wait on line for 30 minutes to check in. It’s odd to be charged $50 to check in early without any guarantee of when that early check-in time is and just waiting for hours on end for a room to be ready. I ended up paying $50 to get into a room just two hours early. It’s strange that I was given a room with a broken telephone in it. It’s annoying that they’re automated ai concierge after helping you once or twice just repeatedly spams you with advertisements. It sucks to come back to your room at 3:30 and still not have housekeeping clean your room. That’s kind of how my stay felt at Caesars. Lots of little annoyances but overall, just ok

I was upgraded to the Nobu Hotel and even with the inconveniences of finding the reception, it was a great experience. Room was spacious, clean, had a view to the strip. No coffee, the coffee maker was there but you had to pay to get the coffee pods from the mini bar, that’s not good. Bathroom was large and had many amenities.

Everything is high priced. Make sure you buy some bottled water for your trip. A small bottle of water is $7 a piece. The room was average and the restaurants are expensive. This hotel isn't for families with children younger than 21.
