Room didn’t have working light in the washroom. The phone in the room was non functional so there was no way to conveniently use services with the phone. The check out Kiosk didn’t work either.

The employees do not help at all. They put you in the worst position. They do not communicate well which leads to scamming. The cashiers prioritize the rewards members which i understand but i will be waiting in line all day before i get help while the diamond and other tier lines continue to pile with people. We wait until those lines run dry before we get service and who knows how long that takes since more and more people appear. Seriously disappointed in this hotel. Desperate for money to keep the place running and will find any loophole to scam.

Overall, I liked the property. After travelling to get there, the walk to the lobby was horribly long and quite the trek since signage is conspicuous. Had the express check in been working it may have been easier as there was a machine near the self park. There are zero quieter places in the hotel other then your room or the hallway. Loud music plays everywhere all the time, so if you're looking for a spot to relax, you have to go outside. I know many hotels are like this, but not all of them.

We were upgraded from our room, but we weren’t told that we lost the strip view in the process. The room was bigger but wasn’t necessary for us to lose the strip view. The TV remote stopped working so we had to call maintenance. They were pretty quick to respond and the building engineer was friendly. At check-in, we said we wanted housekeeping, but they didn’t come on our second day so we had to request more toiletries separately. We weren’t asked about parking at check in so on the second day, we asked how that was handled and they said that we will be charged for parking on our bill and that they already put parking on our hotel charge; we just need to use our hotel card to get in and out. Our hotel card never worked in the parking garage so each time we went in and out we had to call them to buzz us. Several times it took over five minutes for them to respond so we were stuck in line with angry people behind us. The hotel itself was nice but the lobby for check-in was a good 10 to 15 minute walk from the parking garage and was confusing to get to. Overall, the hotel and casino were nice, but we had too many inconveniences to stay here again.

Expensive , fan blowing in the hallway for 2 of the days to dry out an unknown spill. Had a mold smell to it, now I am sick after returning from this trip. Charged me 500 dollars extra for a hold and resort fee. We requested a late checkout to sleep before our flight , and room service woke us up twice trying to get into our room.

Will not choose this place again
The facility is too big, we kept getting turned around, it took 3 days to get our directions straight. Ride share is all the way in the back. Also the hotel kept holding funds on my account, even after check in. When I went to inquire about it, no one could give a clear answer. The rooms and housekeeping crew were great.

Three days without a visit from housekeeping
My first stay in Las Vegas; thought I would stay at Ceaser’s Palace. When I arrived I was impressed with the staff. The illusion soon disappeared after three days with no housekeeping- to be clear the room had not been cleaned. Day two I complained and received an apology which I accepted. I told them I would be leaving my room the next morning at 10am. I returned at 6 pm to find three days of dirty towels still on the bathroom floor, dirty bath, bed not made up, over flowing bins in bedroom. I complained again and left to go to dinner. When I returned towels were changed, same sheets, surfaces not wiped down and floor not vacuumed, dirty bath. When I complained I was offered a $50 drink voucher; I was later told it was useless. The experience spoilt my stay. The foundation of any stay at any hotel is a room cleaned daily. Very disappointed!!!
