The staff not so great. They really make you feel like you’re nobody unless you are a high tier member. Not great. When we arrived to check in their system was down. We were told free continental breakfast but they kept stalling and asking us to wait. We had arrived way past midnight and wanted to get to our room so we just gave in. Not great. Then in our room there were many hairs all around the toilet and in the bathtub and the sinks were not clean. The robes were stained with dark makeup. And we were told if you join their rewards we would get free parking but nope they made a fuss about that. Not impressed by the staff but liked the hotel itself.

The early check-in was very convenient. The FD staff, while very efficient, did not mention/acknowledge anything about my VIP status and privileges. The gaming area is conveniently located near the elevator banks but far enough that no smoking smell reaches the elevator lobby. Most dining places are upscale Italian restaurants- you need to go to the adjacent Venetian Hotel Resorts for more choices.

Specifically selected this hotel because of the convenience of walking into the Sphere to attend the Eagles concert. Highly recommend. It was a quick and comfortable walk. Took longer to go through security than the walk from our hotel room through the direct enclosed bridge. Staff was professional & friendly. We actually received a free room upgrade when my sister mentioned it was my actual birthday as we checked in. I also received 2 complimentary champagne drinks to redeem at the Lucas bar. Great unexpected touch! Truly had an awesome experience at this resort. Pool areas are worth making the time to enjoy. We visited all the pools at both the Palazzo & Venetian. Will definitely return even if I don’t attend a concert at the Sphere.
