Wasn't able to visit. Flight delayed and missed connecting flight. So sad .
Paid for premium king room-no fridge or amenities included in room. Front desk was rude, offered to rent us a fridge for $25/day. Room was dirty. And definitely not a 4-star hotel. More like a 2-star for a 5-star price. As a platinum member, I will not stay here again.

Loved all the restaurants and decorations! Very cute around the hotel and with the hello kitty cafe in front of it it’s just chef’s kiss!
Our stay was very nice. Beautiful room. We were in the soho New York double queen. The only thing about the room was that there wasn’t a refrigerator. Also so many fining choices in the hotel. Loved it.
We checked in late evening- only had one bath towel in room - took until after 4:00 pm next day to get towels.
We were on the 11th floor and the elevators were hit and miss to get one
We were facing the coaster so noise all the time the coaster was in operation
We are not smokers and before our trip, I was aware that smoking was allowed in the casino. However, the smoke was noticeable in the hallways as well as the casino. That being said, I not sure that issue can be changed.
I have been to Las Vegas more than a dozen times and have stayed at the NewYork New York 3 times. This time was a solo trip for me and I wanted to stay somewhere that I could be safe and still have plenty to do. The casino, restaurants and shops were nice.
However, the hotel check-in was chaotic - they ended up charging me $300 at check-in instead of the customary $150 hold on the credit card. The shower was not clean, there was no tissue in the restroom and there was no soap or shower gel. When I asked the housekeeper for some shower gel, she said she did not have any. I paid to upgrade my room so that I could have a strip view and the windows were so filthy I could barely see out of them (I am not a neat freak). Lastly, the safe in the room did not work. I will not be staying here on my next visit to Las Vegas.
Construction noise from main lobby woke us Thursday and Friday !!!! Contacted front desk all they could say is sorry we have no other rooms. Very bad experience at this hotel, will never be back !

You could hear all the plumbing/water pipes throughout the night. The first night it kept waking us up when other would shower or flush toilet. Not sure if just our room or what? Also lots of construction going on mear by
The staff working at this hotel have a severe attitude problem. They genuinely dont care about whether guests have had a good stay. I had a number of issues including having to change rooms and not being able to leave the vicinity of the hotel for half a day as not being available would mean losing my booking. The room change was a choice made by the hotel and not something i requested. I needed help with a couple of small issues and every person I dealt with was so keen to get another person to deal with the issues rather than just helping. When i raised the issues with the manager on duty they responded "what do you want from this" then when i offered a solution they just responded "thats not going to happen" no apology or acknowledgement was ever offered. The staff absolutely ruined my short stay in vegas as everything felt like a battle. All of my requests were really small things such as taking delivery of one parcel from amazon which they are set up to do.
I travel frequently and have particular experience of the USA and have never experienced such poor and hostile service. I absolutely hated my stay at NYNY and hope others have a better experience than I did. Id recommend that service staff maybe get some additional training on what customer service in the hospitality industry should look like.
