Check In agent was nice and professional. Parking is not the best and feels unsafe. When I checked in, they gave me a room on the 12th floor and says FRESH all over that floor. I’m assuming it’s a special floor since floor 13th and 14th were the same as stated on elevator and other floors were standard. However, room didn’t seem deeply cleaned. Hairs on bathroom floor and once AC turned off- Room had a very bad distinguished odor. I’m not sure if it was the carpet or the Curtains. Seems it needs more TLC and there was a lot of Wear and Tear in the room.

Vegas is not my thing.
I'm not a Vegas person. The smoke in the lobby was surprising. The room smelled like the chemical that they spray to cover up smoke. You had to walk far to get to the reception through the smoky casino. Some people like that, not me. It was an inexpensive overnight close to the airport to catch an early flight. What they lose in hotel rent they make up in everything else being really expensive.

I like the staff and the tram was cool Some of the fixtures were not working, and it looks like they have downgraded in terms of their finishes. There are a lot of holes in the subfloor under the casino carpeting 😳

The floor was a non-smoking floor. The people in the room across from our room smoked so much the entire time that the smoke sipped under neath our door and we couldn’t breath or sleep. We called security and the front desk every day with no results.

The room is as disgusting as the front desk named Rosa. She's pretty much a useless employee not interested in helping the guest. The room smelt funky, it's old and rotten. The area is horrible, worst casino in the area. The housekeeping tried to invade our room at 9:50 am. Horrible customer service.
