Don't be 18 in Vegas

I didn’t know about the law in vegas that you have to be 21 to check-in to a hotel that has gambling and alcohol and they couldn't get me a refund so I lost 400 dollars which kinda sucks

I had stayed in this hotel for the past 5 years. This year I was very disappointed. Check in system is horrible. No one really helps and if you don't know computers and digital systems you are in trouble. Also I had to stay on line for almost two hours to reactivate the key to my room. I stayed at the resort tower and the smell when you go down to the pool is unacy. It smelled like a dirty toilet. I asked them what it was and they told me it was source or cistern. Also my view was the garage and storage area. I will never stay there again. I need some compensation if possible. Thanks for your attention to this matter. I love Expedia but they need to treat your customers better. Blessings

I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet my room was internally (Royal Tower room). There was the occasional helicopter or airplane noise, but that didn't last all night. My room was so cozy, and the bed was very comfortable with more than enough fluffy pillows provided. (If you have neck issues like I do, the pillows are thick but are not stuffed so much that you can't maneuver the filling around to adapt) . The check-in process was a little quirky, but a friendly staff member named Brenda helped me figure it out. Every other staff member I encountered was just as friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay again !

The room was very comfortable and the property was very safe. The food was very expensive, but it was that way everwhere. Our TV didn't work and the the rooms could benefit from updated furniture (the drawers of the dresser in our room kept sliding open at random). Overall it was a good stay and we would stay again.

This was my first time staying at Excalibur and it was for my 18th wedding anniversary and birthday weekend and we got a room on the second floor and my wife was like wow baby look at our view and she opened up the curtains and it was all concrete wall
