I’ve stayed here several times as it’s a ‘smallish” Vegas hotel in a great walkable location. The only criticism I have is the lack of restaurants especially for lunch.

In Vegas for a Concert

Our room was very nice and very clean. Getting to the mall next door was easy and convenient and going to the show was great since didn't have to leave the property. The resort fee will stop us from staying there again. It doesn't give you much as a customer to support the high cost. The very long line to check in will also be a reason not to stay again. We waited over an hour to check in. We also, would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room. Lastly, the points you get for playing the machine don't get you anything unless you spend thousands. We spent hundreds and should have gotten a meal at the very least.

Waited an hour or so to check in while the line had maybe 20 people or so. Super slow process and not enough personnel. Self serve kiosks are a great idea but didn’t work for us, for some reason.
