There were many people stopping to ask me that I want to buy weed I got locked out of my room and I asked for security to help me to get back in my room it took them 35 to 40 minutes then they asked me for my ID no apologies or nothing that was pretty sad

We had shards of glass on our bathroom floor that never got cleaned up. Our water never got warm and no access to a fridge, microwave or coffee. The casino had plumbing issues and our machines would go black multiple times.

The toilet would spit out a ton of water all over the floor and toilet seat and it would smell like sewer. Towels were not provided at first I had to ask concierge for towels to be sent to the room. The a/c did not cool down the room properly even after lower the temperature numerous times.

So convenient to be able to do most things through the app or a phone call. All staff we dealt with were great. Pool is great although if you really need shade you’d be better booking (and paying for) a bed with an umbrella. Best end of the strip for sure

Stayed here for 3 nights and they never came to clean or flip our rooms during our stay. The garbage can in room was overflowing and we had to call for extra towels to shower but the phone in the room wouldn’t work to reach the front desk so we had to google the mgm’s number and call from our cell phone. Also, I reserved 3 rooms and they refused to refund me for one of the rooms even tho it was within 24-48 hour notice, claiming it was booked thru a third party and they couldn’t do anything about it. A hotel that large should be able to afford to refund a room that WE NEVER USED.
