Eisenstadt, 140 kilometres to the west, and Vienna, which lies 150 kilometres west, are two exceptional cities that are just a day trip away from Besa.

Spend a day kicking back at Historic Roman Baths. It's located just 35 kilometres away from Besa. Breathe in the fresh, clean air and take a few moments to simply slow down.

Dvory nad Zitavou, 20 kilometres to the southwest, is well known for Bernolakov Park and the Trinity Statue. Why not make your way there and swing by these popular sights? Alternatively, you could go to Veľký Lapáš, 25 kilometres to the northwest of Besa, for Nitra Castle and the Slovak Agricultural Open-Air Museum.
