Wonderful lodge , spacious clean and very comfortable with an outside area. 5 stars all round. I thought the front doors could do with a little care and paint but otherwise everything was perfect

It's a nice hotel. easy to get to. Hotel is nice and clean and friendly . Only down pour it needs revamping which I know they are doing slowly

All the staff at the Royal Oak couldn’t have done anything more to help us during our stay. From advising us how to get to Pen-Y-Pass, which routes to take up Snowdon and where is good to eat. The food was great and a good range of options for all on the menu. Hotel itself is a little tired and could do with decorating in some places but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to do Snowdon again (which is likely) and would recommend it to others as well.

Brilliant hotel close to where we wanted to be. Lovely staff, lovely room.

We love Llandudno. 1st stay at the Grand wont be the last. Great view from the room, great size room. Could have been cleaner, wouldnt take much. Good clean bedding. Value for money. The outstanding points are your waitress Jo at dinner and breakfast who went above and beyond to make our stay great, and one of the chefs at breakfast (unfortunately i didnt get his name). They're the ones that make the difference.
