Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location about 5 minutes walk from the station and ghe town centre. Breakfast room was very cramped.

Biggest disappointment was the lack of blinds or thick curtains to block out the sunlight during the night. One of the Venetian blinds was broken so the sun streamed in. Staff were very nice.

Detta var ett alldeles utmärkt hotell. Vänlig, hjälpsam personal. Bra rum, rent och snyggt. God och riklig frukost. Bra läge, centralt i Östersund. Möjlighet att låna cykel. Jag kommer gärna hit igen.
