We accidentally left 2 dresses in the closet. We called about them and was told that they weren't there. We had just left around 2 hours before. Seems that the cleaning crew kept them. Because they were at the room next to ours when we were leaving. The dresses were brand new bought for a wedding we attended. So we are out around $150.00. One was for my wife and the other one was for my granddaughter.

All good except the shower. In order to have any decent water pressure, the water was scalding hot to the point that no one could shower… We did not discover this until we were ready to shower and get dressed for our day, so we had to take showers with very minimal water, pressure, barely dripping on us, in order to get ready for our day.

Pool area was great for families. Need more umbrellas though. Food was pricey at pool area. Had an issue with an overcharge. Unfortunately, the hotel (who bills you) can’t fix it on the bill. You have to go back to the pool food area for correction but they were gone for the day and we were leaving early the next morning. Manager was helpful in finally getting a credit for us. Overall it was a good visit but as a couple, we probably wouldn’t come back unless we had our grandkids with us.

The staff was great…check-in was smooth and easy and they were very friendly. The staff at the outdoor play area was nice and friendly to the kiddos. The facility needs upkeep. It’s just dirty. We were there for a one night stay and none of us would shower. The bathroom was nasty, there were crumbs and debris around the corners of the bed. It was just a little gross. But the beds were comfy, the kids slept well, and they had fun!

The hotel is nice. The pool was cold. I think they turn the pool heaters of at Labor Day.
