The property has a nice contemporary taste and has a very relaxing vibe. Very clean and the staff is amazing. Walking distance from the city centre restaurants and shopping. Also the free city tram is just couple steps away. Very convenient for a quick visit to Melbourne as it's opposite the central station and airport shuttle.

From the moment we arrived we were received with a genuinely warm and cheerful welcome. It didn’t end there: an issue with our room’s AC was rectified by being offered a free upgrade to a huge suite. We couldn’t believe how big it was - probably the biggest in which we’ve ever stayed. We’ll definitely stay here again

Fantastic location, walk to the cbd or access trams and trains for everywhere else. Staff are lovely. Gym & pool very nice. Definitely stay here again. Would recommend walking up Collins for breakfast though over the hotel breakfast

All staff were friendly. The room was clean, and cleaned well when room service was requested. The location is convenient - located close to tram stops, and across the road from a major Train Station with access to the Airport Skybus. This area of the city felt safe - perfect for someone who travelled alone. Chocolate Hour was a nice touch.

Repeat visitor for good reason
This is my 4th visit, weekend footy trip, very convenient to transport. Rooms extremely comfortable. Pool was closed for no apparent reason though. Due to my early arrival, my left bags were taken to me room and though the front desk took my mobile number didn't inform me when my room was ready. Annoying but won't detract from staying there again. Front desk staff are always helpful and friendly.

We had two rooms, had asked for them to be on same floor & we were happy to be next to each other. Beds were very comfortable, chase lounge very comfortable, huge tv, tea in room very nice, products in bathroom lovely. Only two pics - towels in small side & could do with a light over where kettle is kept.
