Binh Thanh accommodation with spa

Very nice hosts, comfortable accommodation

Did not get information about check in. Waited so long in lobby and no one show up. Was given false contact number therefore unable to call. Cannot reach them at all. Tried contacting via phone and email for days for refund. Accomodation was already paid. Lost our money. Security tried calling and cannot get to them. Total scam. Ended up staying at another hotel.

Very quiet but a little to far out for what I wanted to do

This is a beautiful clean apartment in a lovely neighborhood. The owner is helpful in every way and makes sure to contact you to ensure a smooth stay. She was kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage with her after we checked out. I can't say enough good things about her and the apartment!

The location is great—it's near Ben Thanh market, and the condo is surrounded by multiple shopping plazas and convenience stores. However, what you see in the photos is not the same as what you get when you check in. The host allowed my family to do early check-in which was great since we traveled with elders and a baby. The host provided towels and toilet papers as requested promptly. There was one hiccup with the shower head and was addressed by the host within 2 days. I would come back but the condo really need a deep clean.
