Check in was a nightmare with huge language barrier and were charged twice as accidentally booked wrong dates and guy wouldn’t answer phone as was ringing from Expedia so they weren’t able to cancel other booking that night. Check out guy very helpful different person and we were able to get it figured out

As soon as we arrived, to the hotel there was a line up of about 7 people. It took 30 mins to get checked in - they had 1 person working the front desk and one person handling issues. As I was waiting to check in, another room came down to get new keys because they had checked this group into a room that was already checked into the room. Like these guests opened their room, and there was already luggage in the room. I was already very uncomfortable after that experience. When I finally checked in, the room was smaller than expected and we could hear every person they walked by. I fridge didn’t work properly and when I told the front desk they did promptly send someone to look at it but I was told that is standard in all rooms and that it was just how it was - meaning the fridge was not very cold at all. I had to get ice to keep what I needed cold as I didn’t trust the fridge. Overall it was not the greatest stay and we will rethink using this hotel in the future, despite the water park as even that was half not open due to maintenance.

Hot tub could be hotter, but the water slides are great, a bit hard to find things in the hotel, like the pool and elevators. Overall great place to stay!

Check in was great. Staff was amazing, however the room could be cleaned better. Mattresses haven’t been cleaned for a very long time judging by the amount of hair and crumbs and stains imbedded in it.

Our room was super unwelcoming….our room had filthy walls, had an odour, no pictures on the walls, no iron, ironing board, no hair dryer. We were right by a door that open and closed all night. With the high ceilings of the room and vinyl flooring, the slam of the door echoed in our room all night. Do not recommend. Room 1106, especially for the price!!!

The water park is the only reason we stayed here. Our room was filthy. Coffee (maybe?) streaks down the wall in the bathroom, raspberry sauce caked onto the wall, the toilet was moldy and filthy. It had been cleaned in awhile. But staff was great so there’s that.

We always look forward to a little rip to Stoon and staying at the Travelodge! It’s perfect for kids with the awesome waterpark, dining options and convenient location. I’ve stayed in king suits and theme rooms.. all have been great!
