The hotel has nice location, it's new, renovated and the food in the restaurant is very delicious. The main problems were connected with the staff working there. Firstly, I ordered drinks a few times and they never arrived, even though I went to the bar and reminded them. Second, they are not leaving the essential things in the room, like shampoo, big towels, coffee etc. Also they misinformed me about the price of the cab from the hotel to the airport, the receptionist said around 50-60 TL and the price was 170 TL in the end. This is bad for foreigners who haven't exchanged enough cash. In the hotel there is one manager who wanders around all the time and talks with the guests about the problems, but he never solved ours. So, all in all, the hotel and the beach are nice, but the owners should educate and prepare better the working staff. I live in Turkey and have travelled here quite a lot and compared to other hotels in Turkey, in Moyo beach hotel I didn't feel great hospitality and professionalism like in the other places.
