Lovely property. The rooms / facilities are showing wear and could use some updating. The staff was great and the sunset views were breathtaking. It was a great stay and this property has the potential to be exceptional.

Beautiful rooms and pool area. Stunning views of the city. Very good breakfast and service at the restaurant. However, really disappointed by reception and management, especially the way a wedding at the hotel was handled. For a nearly a full day, the main pool area and, in the evening, half of the hotel was unavailable. There was no apologies, no gesture of goodwill, virtually no advance notice and muddled explanations during the day. Really below par for a hotel that aims to deliver top experience. Better communication, some recognition of the inconvenience would have gone a long way.
