Tiene dos unidades de alojamiento, cada una de las cuales tiene dotación completa de muebles y electrodomésticos, utensilios de cocina y de mesa, ropa de cama y baños, muebles de exterior, hamacas, juegos de mesa y rana, ejercicios elípticos, libros y detalles que harán que la estadía sea placentera. Aparcamiento sin costo adicional. Puede pasear por los cafetales de la finca, realizar caminatas ecológicas por los antiguos caminos reales, observar la flora y aves silvestres, lugares interesantes, también solicitar guía turística para conocer los petrogrifos o visitar poblaciones vecinas de la región.

La casa El Girasol con capacidad para 6 personas cuenta con dos habitaciones, la principal con una cama doble y una sencilla y baño privado. La segunda habitación tiene tres camas sencillas.
