They upgraded us. That was nice. Too bad we only had 6 hours in the room. Unfortunatly the blinds next to our bed was broken and we had a light from the next building shinning on us while we slept.

The staff are friendly and mostly helpful. We experienced a problem at check in when the receptionist obviously coded in something incorrectly and our credit card was rejected even though various other Colombian businesses accepted it. Also housekeeping left our room door wide open and unguarded. Anyone could have walked in.

Staff at reception could be nicer, not just because I’m a platinum member, but to all guests. The breakfast was truly amazing and staff there, super nice. The airport shuttle top amenity. The hotel was very nice overall. Would totally and definitely come back!!!

Dos noches 2 adultos 1 niño.
Todo muy bien. Para 2 noches. Intentaron cobrarme un consumo de mini bar en habitacion que no hice, explique que no consumi y listo no paso nada. Si volveria a ir. La comida variada y zona tranquila para caminar cerca de mall y locales de comidas. A 10minutos del aeropuerto.

It’s a very lovely hotel and i enjoyed the complimentary coffee and breakfast each morning with eggs cooked how you like. Close to the airport and i used the complimentary airport shuttle for my return trip to the airport. Lots of places to eat and the mall is close enough to walk. I would visit this hotel again

From my experience with the person checking me in at the airport to check-in the experience was top notch. Everyone at the property was accommodating with my lack of Spanish. I would have ranked this property all 5's except for the fact that there is no air-conditioning in the rooms. Otherwise, a great property
