Always good at Ace Hotel Poitiers Very nice, helpful friendly staff The cold water tap had no pressure and only running at a slight trickle! Room 02 On the ground floor!

Hôtel bien situé et agréable .. chambre spacieuse avec le lit très grand et confortable j ai dormi comme un bébé ! Salle d eau de bonne dimension avec une douche a mi chemin entre la baignoire et la douche idéale si vous avez des enfants en bas âge a doucher et sans mettre de l eau partout a la sortie de douche ! Je re prendrai une chambre sans hésiter

This was a one night stop over and so we didn’t expect much. Room was OK, breakfast also OK. Lack of how water in the room was a definite issue, we didn’t find out about this until our morning showers by which time it was too late to do anything.

We have stayed at this hotel several times on pur way back to our home in Spain. The room is spacious and clean, the staff welcoming. A little more expensive than we generally pay, but the quality is worth ot.
