The room facing the street was noisy, but the room without a window was calm and quiet. Good service, friendly staff willing to help, neat and clean place. The only inconvenience is that it lacks an elevator, and the stairs are narrow and steep.

The hotel does not provide coffee to its guests, nor breakfast.

This is an older hotel and it shows in the amenities - the basic rooms, the lack of an elevator, etc. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The staff at the hotel was great, and the overall comfort level was reasonable and expected for the accessible price. However, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable, and the hotel can be quite noisy due to the absence of windows in some rooms, which allows mosquitoes to enter. Additionally, it's important to note that the amenities, such as the pool and lounge area, are open to the public until 8 PM, which is when the center mall (where the hotel is located on the 4th and 5th floor) closes to the public. If you're looking for a stay with the basic needs, this hotel would be it.
