Overall, we had a really good experience. Excellent service from the staff and very accommodating. We arrived 6 hours before check-in time but they allowed us to to check in since the room was already available..without additional charge.

We have enjoyed our stay in Hennan. We booked pool access and we will book it again. Staff are very accomodating, friendly and professional from the front door, reception, VIP lounge to cleaners. The dinning entertainment/live band Donita and Paolo are one of the best thing we have experineced.

It's a very nice place I have really no big complaints. The menu at the restaurant is quite limited. The breakfast buffet is fine. I would stay there again even though it is a little expensive.

Ants crawling on the bathroom sink and next to the TV counter. We informed the front desk. They sent housekeepers to spray some stuff, but more ants spotted every day

I highly recommend Hennan Lagoon resort in Boracay. This resort is clean, easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping district. Their staff members are very warm, friendly and inviting especially the 3 staff members at their VIP Lounge, Joseph, Jane and Felix. The only negative about the place is the jacuzzi from our room which should be hot or cold but yet it’s cold only. But overall, this place is a great for a pkace to stay in Boracay.
