By far the nicest resort we have been to and it’s a must!! The resort is stunning and very large with all necessary amenities ! They also provide shuttle services & speedboat to and from the airport which is a very pleasant experience. There is also a complimentary shuttle service to the downtown area which is very walkable once you reach the drop off point. The rooms (we booked Deluxe Suite with Seaview) are gorgeous, very spacious and clean! The dining options are also very nice and provide a variety of foods. The breakfast buffet is incredible as well! The team is very attentive and caring. When we arrived our luggage didn’t make the transit so they prepared a care package with all essentials until our bags came! It’s also impressive how they remember you despite the size of the resort and large number of guests. They got familiar with our preferences and made our stay very enjoyable! Highly recommend the Shangri-La Resort in Boracay!

One of the best hotel we have stayed at. Their service was impeccable and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the stay. Special mention to our host Erwin for his professional service, he catered everything to our needs be it too small or too big. We will definitely come back here again next year. Highly recommend.

Best place ever in Boracay!
Wow the staff is so organized and thoughtful. They thought of things we didn't think of that made our stay even better. The Shangri-la is by far the best resort we have stayed at and we have stayed at Four Seasons, St Regis, Fairmont and JW Signature resorts all over the world. Shangri-la cannot be beat.

Shangri-la never disappoints. My only complain this time is the Rema Restaurant. We made a reservation there for our last night at the hotel as some sort of a celebration. The restaurant was described as mediterranean. The food was nowhere close to mediterranean. The food in Jollibee would have tasted better, yet it was so overpriced. The mosquito was overpowering the dinner experience.
