The Henann Crystal Sands Resort provided the best possible experience of Boracay, with excellent facilities and the best access to the beach. Ideal for a short stay. The staff was simply exceptional. The Sky Pool provided the most enjoyable moments one can wish for.

Employees were respectful to guest except for the front desk clerks. They were trying to add more charges to my sisters 3 rooms. Kept insisting there were 3 people in each of the rooms when there were only 2 people in each rooms. We provided everyone’s passports to them. They matched all the passports per rooms which shows only 2 people per rooms but they kept wanting to charge us additional persons on each room. It was ridiculous. It was insulting.

OK hotel if on budget, wouldn’t stay again.
Really disappointed with staff at reception at both check in and check out. Not really helpful and very business oriented not friendly or welcoming at all. Terrible the least to say. It’s a shame as it’s a nice hotel. The premium room was big enough, breakfast was good. Sky pool, was good however not infinity as online states. Beach was very public no privacy at all. Luckily it was 2 night stay, wouldn’t stay here again.

It was clean and nice area the pools was clean and the stay was friendly. The only negative thing was that the property security officer was not consent on letting people bring in outside food in to your room. He would let some in and some he would not. Overall it was a stay.

Hotel is in a great location if you enjoy being part of the hustle and bustle. Immediately outside is the sandy strip of restaurants, shops and the beach. Staff were always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Loved the rooftop bar which looks out onto the water. Would stay here again.
