Great place, staff amazingly helpful, please add this in pedestrian zone so packing heavy bags is challenging as well as taxi pickup

Very central location
The big plus with this hotel is the central location, which we found very convenient. The staff are very friendly. This older hotel has been updated, but it could do with a further upgrade - the rooms and public areas look very “beige” and dated. However, it is clean and comfortable.

Perfect location! Room was small but typical for Europe. Bring your own hair dryer if you have a lot of hair!! For being so central, there was no noise at night. Loved it.

A perfect location! If you want to be in the center of town with a plethora of shops, restaurants and sites, this is the place to be at a very affordable price! We were pleasantly pleased with our experience and the accommodations made our stay even better. The staff were so attentive, helpful and kind. We were able to leave our luggage and go to breakfast before catching our flight and the process was easy. We’ll definitely be back and book another stay!

Perfect location. Even though it was in the city center, the hotel was very quiet at night. The breakfast was very good. The reception staff was outstanding! So pleasant, helpful and nice!

We loved the location! However, we found issues with cleanliness, also our walk in shower flooded a second time after they said they fixed it! Evening staff was not able to give recommendations on restaurants. They said to just walk out and find one. We were not given the room we booked either but eventually got that straightened out. I am sure we would not stay here again.

Very pleasant stay.
The hotel is perfectly located for the bars, cafés and restaurants of the old town. As it is situated in the pedestrianised area it is pretty quiet. It is very clean and comfortable with freindly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is extensive and of good quality.

Beautiful hotel in a desirable, centrally located part of the city, easily accessible by two tram stops. My room was spotlessly clean and quiet from any noise from the busy street. The breakfast was remarkable and carefully tended to; definitely worth every extra penny. It is located in a pedestrian only zone; I would not recommend even considering bringing a car, though. This hotel is definitely worthy of a more noble moniker.

The Quality Hotel is located in a very central area close to the shops, bars and restaurants and the sights of Bordeaux. The hotel was very quiet and the room was very clean and had good air conditioning. Will definitely stay on my next visit to Bordeaux!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is an excellent hotel in the heart of Bordeaux. Everything is walkable from this location. The staff are excellent and the facilities a really good too
