Shower moldy and old, shower head pipe plate non-existent, revealing hole in the wall. Kitchen outdated, fridge old and grimy. Front desk person not friendly. Bad experience overall.

This place was terrible! I have never smelled anything like it. We pulled up and there were numerous adults smoking marijuana in the parking lot directly in front of the building. There’s a large tv screen when you walked up to the service desk reflecting yourself letting customers know we’re being recorded and a designated police parking out front. I cannot emphasize how horrible the smell was. The rooms were disgusting. Mold everywhere. On the ceiling and on the walls. There were broken windows with scotch tape on it! There was hair in the sink and the fridge. My sister arrived before I did and took the kids and waited outside for me to arrive. I promptly marched in and informed the woman working at the desk we were not staying there. Turns out she had already charged my card! She handed me the receipts for the charges and told me that she refunded it. I asked for those receipts and she just hand wrote it on. Then she handed me the managers card and told me to email him. I asked if the email on the card was correct and she told me to call him and ask first . Between her super rude demeanor and the unsafe, and unhygienic conditions, I would never recommend this place. I have no idea how the health department allows that to go on.

This hotel is terrible, do not waste your money. The outside of the building doesn’t look too bad; however, the rooms are in terrible shape and poorly maintained. The mattresses were the worse quality and you could feel the springs. The ceiling was all damaged from water damage and wires were hanging from a missing smoke detector. Oh and don’t forget the free breakfast that was beyond a joke.

You get what you pay for

The bed was very basic, almost cot like. My room was clean but worn. No kitchen items (mugs, plates etc) are included in the stay. You can hear everything! Loud trucks outside, people in the hallway, the upstairs rooms. You get what you pay for in this hotel. It’s just a place to sleep with clean sheets.

Basic place to sleep coffee in am no big breakfast just coffee some days muffin or nutra grain bar some staff very helpful some there to get check and go home no public transit within 2000ft probably close to half mile but very cheap so would stay again if it's the cheapest place in area and offsets the Uber costs but I mostly go to hospital close to there so it's not that hard to get to other than mairiot which is very expensive it's probably the closest hotel to layhe

This property is really run down. My first room was not clean. The second was ok but not great. The hallways are filthy and smell bad. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no hairdryer no coffee pot no dishes or cutlery etc. For the most part the service was decent. This seems like a management problem to me. I did call and ask for a hair dryer and never heard back. I would strong recommend not using this hotel.

So bad we left after 2 hours

Staff was excellent but everything else was incredible… and not in a good way. The fact that there is a parking space dedicated for the police didn’t leave a good feeling walking in the door. The mold on the AC wouldve sealed the deal all by itself. Feeling the mattress springs was uncomfortable. My back hurt after 15 minutes. The light in the bathroom and the TV remote didn’t work. My boyfriend and I both showered and neither of us have ever been as itchy as we were after we used the towels. Don’t recommend.

This place is a complete dump. Black mold in the bathroom. Sticky floors that have obviously not been cleaned. Splatters on the walls that might be bodily fluids. Grime every where. The place is filthy. And it has an overwhelming smell throughout. A dog barked in one of the rooms nearby all night and the hotel staff of one person did absolutely nothing about it. Stay far away from this place not worth it at any price.
