Gross!
Mine and my family stay was not the most pleasant. First they "upgraded" us to 2 queens to 1 king and a pull out. With our informing us they were doing so. We did not see this as an upgrade due to the fact we had 4 ppl staying and the pull out bed was not big enough nor comfortable enought to sleep .There was also dirty sock in the pull out bed when we did pull it out. We opted to leave it as a couch. The room was dirty. There was something on like brown sugar on the floor and swastika drawn on the bath room mirror. The hall way smelled terrible. The front desk work never seem to at the front desk. This is just a few of the grossness amount the rest of the room. I would advise not staying there for a family trip.

The rooms are nothing like the pictures. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They cant even provide basic amenities like hot water to shower in.

If I could give a zero, I most definitely would. I lady who was rude as hell, griping to us that was just her so there’d be no towels( I requested only enough for 4 adults as my reservation stated. Counter was dirty, so was floor and shower in our room. Foul odor in halls and room like fresh unventilated paint. One of people in our party’s eyes burnt entire time. Worst experience of my life. Oh, and every soda machine was not working and stole your 3.75 and we were told there’s nothing they could do about it.

Good place to stay if you’re coming through Burlington. A typical Extended Stay America hotel. My room was clean, the hotel itself is pretty quiet even though it’s located near lots of shopping. The staff was nice, though there was confusion about only being able to exchange your towels M-F 10-3. Grab & go breakfast (muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee) was sufficient. I’d stay again.

Got into the first room, the whole room smelled. The stove didn't even look safe to use. Pulled up the covers and the mattress protector was covered in blood stains. Called the front desk and they wouldnt even come up to look at it. Went down to the lobby and they have the manager go check room 328, the manager then calls the front desk and the lady tells her to try 314. Tells us to go check out the room with the manager, pull up the fitted sheet, stains again by the head of the bed. Ended up getting a refund and leaving. Still dont know what was wrong with room 328. Do not recommend.

We booked in order to visit Salem and the drive wasn't bad. It was reasonably priced and minus strange hallway smells (maybe residents cooking? I got the idea some people live here long term) everything was fine. I liked having a fridge and freezer and the beds were comfortable. No major complaints at all.

The property is very dirty and staff don't care. They do not serve breakfast except having some coffee and muffins. The hot water was out once I got to the station and I asked for hot water for a hot chocolate but the front desk lady told me "what you see is what you get"

Positives: Staff were all very polite, the bedding was clean and the room came with a full size fridge. The parking was plentiful and the hotel is in a great location near a mall, movie theater, restaurants, and a major highway. Nice central location between Salem and Boston. Negatives: The whole hotel, including hallways, elevator, room, etc., all smell REALLY bad. Some cross between body odor and cigarette smoke. The amenities left a lot to be desired, as "breakfast" is coffee, nutri grain bars and some hostess muffins. The pillows were so flat 2 together were about the thickness of 1 normal pillow, so not very comfortable to sleep here. The carpet in the room was sticky and stained and the shower curtain would not cover the whole width so water goes out onto the bathroom floor every time you shower. Oh yeah, and don't expect any conditioner, they only offer body soap and shampoo. Also, they do have "free wifi", but if you want wifi usable for streaming/downloading, you have to pay to upgrade. We chose this hotel because it was conveniently located, a good price for the area and had decent ratings, but after this experience I would never stay here again. Spend a little more money and find somewhere nicer. Did not even come with a coffee machine or hair dryer in the room which is typically standard for hotels in this price range.
