I went to check in with my girlfriend for the night, the woman at the front desk was very kind and courteous, but the room we were originally given had burn holes and stains all over the bed spread, the counter had pieces of broken glas on it, and it smelled. We went to switch rooms, and the woman at the front desk said that was fine, gave us a new room, and the new room smelled of cigarettes, had stains on the bed, and there was mold and rust on the light fixtures. We ended up leaving and having to pay for a room elsewhere. Will not book here ever again.

My only issues was that the hallway on the second floor. Has a horrible smell. And that the first room was in had bugs on the corner of the room. And there was a dead roach. But I was moved to another room. Everyone was really nice and helpful.

Basic room was satisfactory. Everything is a bit worn. They advertise a breakfast - and technically this is correct, but so far below current standards as to be laughable. Coffee (no decaf) and prepacked muffins. No juice, no fruit, no hot food...

Good for sleepover and go.
Economically good. Good for night over and go. Big room. Comfortable bed. They say breakfast included but just a coffee and muffin. Don’t expect hot breakfast.

It's an old property. They are very short staffed, the rooms are very basic not as comfortable as the photos. Staff was helpful and friendly but over worked. Vending machines are broken and not owned by the hotel so good luck getting your money back. The wifi is not reliable especially if you need to connect for work. Convenient to Burlington shops, mall and stores.

First of all they called me two hours before I was checking my room to tell me my two rooms weren’t available. How was that? Then they said they upgraded us to a king bed and pull out sofa. First of all the pull of sofa I had to get the sheets and I had to put together. My room had 3 pillows for 4 people. I asked for a pillow and they were all out.

Gross!
Mine and my family stay was not the most pleasant. First they "upgraded" us to 2 queens to 1 king and a pull out. With our informing us they were doing so. We did not see this as an upgrade due to the fact we had 4 ppl staying and the pull out bed was not big enough nor comfortable enought to sleep .There was also dirty sock in the pull out bed when we did pull it out. We opted to leave it as a couch. The room was dirty. There was something on like brown sugar on the floor and swastika drawn on the bath room mirror. The hall way smelled terrible. The front desk work never seem to at the front desk. This is just a few of the grossness amount the rest of the room. I would advise not staying there for a family trip.
