Not bad for 1 night
We had a view of nature, which was nice. Beds were comfortable. Room needs paint and grout refreshed. Very basic motel that was close to food and Moonlit Sanctuary. The couple at reception were very nice and helpful.

Frankston Motel is an older property but is clean and reasonably maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was particularly comfortable with fresh, crisp linen.

Kept in contact with me so that the room was ready on arrival (no hassles having to parking at reception in the pouring rain), heater and a light on, all we had to do was park in front of our room and walk in. For the price, the room was clean and comfortable, hot water was excellent in the shower.

Quite a lot of road noise due to being close to a main road but it was close to where we needed to be so was value for money . Beds could be updated. Bathroom very cold, no heated towel rails or heater/lamp. Ideal place to stay in summer.

Property is not far from Frankston shopping areas and has good access to Mornington Peninsula. Older property but has been renovated. Self-catering facilities in kitchenette. Couple of minor negatives as bathroom fittings look new but lever off tap handle missing in shower and handle broken off bathroom vanity cupboard.
