Light burnt out on front of bldg / stairwell. Fell down steps. Unit door would not open due to batteries not working. Had to make calls and hear from owner to get combination code to lock box. Got into unit about 11 pm, or later.

We lost electricity in the upstairs bedroom/bath Saturday morning. First of all, it was very confusing on who to contact and then when I did, it was awful! Evolve must be the management company who is in charge and I will never stay at another property managed by them! Evolve then transferred us to someone, who I told the story to. That person then called someone 3 hours later to tell them the story! So many questions over the phone and them wanting us to screenshot breaker box, etc and then telling us it would be quite a while before they could come out. I finally called other people to help us that had nothing to do with the property, just so we’d have electricity again. Never again!!

Nice Condo with pool / hot tub access
Family vacation at Branson with kids all 18+. Clean and close to everything. Extras in the kitchen were a nice touch. Also really enjoyed having acess to the pool and hot tub for evenings. Hosts were friendly and communicate well at check in. Can't wait to return.

No issues came up that required us to communicate with the host during our stay, but we received clear communication in advance and were notified of how to communicate if necessary. We were delighted that we only had to walk up one flight of steps even though it was on the 3rd floor and no elevators. We were also very happy that each room had an in suite bathroom and king size beds. We were treated to complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

Thanksgiving in Branson
This was an absolutely great place! We are also VRBO owners in another state. This was our first time to stay in a VRBO in Branson. We usually stay at the Hilton Hotel. Our family is growing and we were looking for more space and privacy. We were so so happy with this condo. So clean, nice and so homey feeling with all the Christmas decor. Our adult children along with their spouses were equally impressed. The beds were like sleeping in clouds! Thank you again for all the fabulous hospitality!

This place was the perfect setting. From the relaxing screened in deck to the comfy King beds, every aspect of this place was just what we needed.
