Tuesday morning at 7:15 AM a women who we now believe was staff, opened the door to our room! Twice! She was reluctantly stopped by the door lock but we yelled at her that we were in there and sleeping. She woke up our child in a crib and ultimately the other three adults on the room. It was scary, confusing and terrifying for me as a mom. I then saw her walking around the hotel with a sheet of paper opening doors. She did not knock before using her key to access our room. This was unacceptable for a hotel that we were booked in until Wednesday morning. There was never an apology or an explanation for violating our privacy.

This was our fourth trip (third trip with our kids) and by far this the best place we have stayed at. The area is very family oriented. The buildings were very clean and well kept. The ease or access to the whole area was very convenient, even with small children. The buffet and the indoor mini golf course were enjoyable and great for the family. Grand Country has just about everything for the whole family right in one location. And it’s just less than 5 minutes away from Tanger outlets and an easy drive down the strip. We will definitely be staying here the next time we come back! Highly recommend.

The property is in a great location and everything they offer is close by and walkable. The pizza in the fun spot is not very good. The pizza in the water park area is much better. The do advertise soundproof rooms. The hat was not my experience but it was quite enough for the type of building it was. Was glad we choice this place for our getaway weekend.

Great family fall trip
Amazing time. Came down around Halloween. Very quiet, everything was available. Water park did not open until 2 through the week. understandable, just wish I had paid more attention to that. Water was pretty cool for the time of year, but very clean. Had a blast.

Nothing special about this hotel. It's pretty outdated. From outside it looks like a cheap motel, but rooms are very clean. Breakfast buffet not as good as described, very basic food selection costs over $50 for a family of 4 (2 kids). Not worth the money. Waterpark split to 2 sections, so you cannot let your kids roam free. We went to the waterpark once and kids didn't want to go back, preferred other attractions in Branson. Next time in Branson I'll select hotel with free breakfast and EV charging instead of waterpark, it'll be way more convenient and cost-effective.

Water park was nice. However it needs some maintenance of slides and water damage on the treehouse. You can tell were they have tried to fix areas one of the areas on slide left a huge scrape on my daughters leg.

Very family friendly. Odler hotel but updated and well maintained. The included waterpark pass was the big draw and pleased everyone. Well located in the middle of the Branson strip. Very reasonable rates
