I had a very good experience. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I stayed in an executive 1 bedroom suite on the 21st floor and thoroughly enjoyed the room layout, view and kitchen.

Modern well maintained rooms, friendly helpful staff at reception, swift check-in. Hotel is actually situated just off Queen street so many shops are only a short walk away. Quay Street is a 10 minute walk.

Great hotel in great location. Rooms very clean. Lobby is large with good seating. 4 elevators made it so we never had to wait. I didn’t use the pool but those who did really enjoyed it. Staff very sweet and conscientious. It was a very good stay.

It is conveniently located, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and scenic spots. The only issue I encountered is the address of the hotel. It's listed as 171 Queen Street. However, that address belongs to a different store! Its main entrance is actually located in a valley or back street. Not easy to find.

Great property and amenities - very spacious 1 bedroom suite with good seperate washer and dryer, living room area, eating table and kitchen. Good service at reception and front door and close to shops, cafes, restaurants and sights.
