A brilliant choice, even for a few days in Auckland. The free airport shuttle is so helpful as it takes you straight to the Skydrive bus stop to travel in to the city. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The swimming pool is lovely. I didn’t eat in the restaurant as it seemed expensive, but a five minute walk away takes you to some good eating options. I appreciated having a fridge in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is such a lovely hotel! And they had a great breakfast too!. The staff was so nice and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

The process from the airport to pickup zone is a 4-5 minute walk. However the lane for pick up in the courtesy van was confusing . The other hotel van drivers showed me the correct place to stand and wait. It is 5 lanes across from the footpath. Each lane is not numbered. The van driver and check in persn was very friendly and check in was easy. Room is large, bed very comfortable. Shower over bath ok, but at some point could do with upgrade - some older people could struggle. Breakfast was really good quality and plentiful . The coffee is fresh bre in a jug. An automated coffe machine would be a lovely addition for the breakfast area for those who like their specialty coffee. The only thing to improve would be the tub chairs in the waiting area in reception. The group i sat at were dirty on the arms and badly freyed. An easy fix , as there were plenty of chairs to rotate, but more hygenic to have wipeable chairs when it is flu season as stuffing poking through. All in all at $185 for queen bed and full breakfast this was a good deal compared to novotel and pullman at more than double the price.

Stop over night between flights. Lovelly gentleman @ reception on arrival 1.30am. Shuttle bus very useful and money saving as taxi cost 55 NZ$ as i was unable to contact hotel and it was too difficult to find shuttle bus stop in early hours we just got in taxi. Shuttle was running but we chose to get taxi as problems with my phone.
