one of the female receptionists were really not helpful and kinda rude, I checked in the evening at 3rd Jan 2025. I was struggling with the WIFI as it was connected, but can't access the internet. The log in screen popped out only on the reception area, but not in my level (level 3). When I was trying to talk that to the receptionist, first I have to wait 2 minutes before she hang up her mobile phone and stop giggling. Her phone conversation, from what I heard, seemed a private/random chat. And when I explained to her, she said "OK, come down to the receiption area and use the WIFI there". My god, does she realise the customers books a hotel nor for going to the lobby to use the hotels' WIFI? She also said, "talk to the receptionist tomorrow when I am not in charge".
The second day when I talk this WIFI issue to another male receptionist, he solved the problem by just resetting the router and he literally described what the issue is and how he can solve the problem.
