Shower head is broken and its conditions is a major OHS noncompliance issue. The drainage is so bad that the cover is never attached, rather floating all the time when used. Vaccumming needs to be everyday instead.

We needed a washer and dryer. The Expedia website listed it, called the property and confirmed, asked the rep at checked, but once upstairs - no dryer. The apartment furnishings were beat up, slipcover over the sofa, large chip in the dining table. And the place was horribly hot with no AC. For a 2 bedroom apartment only one window that barely opened. It was an 80 degree day so the unit was hot and stuffy. The pictures on the site were taken years ago.

Upon entering the apartment we were hit in the face with a smell of dirty nappies that unfortunately did not go away even with the window open.when turning on the shower the shower head falls off so you have to hold it to wash, the drain cap floats and water doesn’t drain so your feet are in dirty water. The mattresses are stained terribly with many things and hair is on the mattresses also. Holes in walls hand prints on walls. The appliances look like they have been beaten up so many dents. Don’t waste your money!!! This place is an absolute filthy. When I asked the duty manager who do I make a complaint to about this he said to who ever I booked through. Which didn’t make sense. He obviously did not care to know.

Couch had dirt and stains on it. One bed collapsed when sitting on it. Bath towels smelt of an Indian curry. Someone had thrown up in the lift and it was not cleaned up.

Enjoyed my stay here, only used the room for sleeping in, but clean and tidy, with everything needed. We got there a bit late, but they let us in. Lucky check-in is till 11.30pm on the website, but 10pm on the signs when you get in. Very hospital and clear.Towels were replaced daily and emptied rubbish bin. Nga mihi MCentral.

Good price....but very poor condition.
Very run down and poor condition. I've stayed multiple times when other options aren't available. Every time there's a broken shower, holes in the walls, windows that don't close properly, generally poor condition. Rooms have no air conditioning and very poor heaters. Last stay the lift broke. I came back 2 weeks later and it still wasn't working.

For the 155 nzd charged for a 2 bedroom apartment.. the amenities were crap. Room was dusty, bed sheets had hair and dust on them. The elevators not working. Very difficult to take luggage up or down..i was on level 4. Signage is crap can not locate the place easily. It is right opposite the bus station.. ot its very noisy, people fighting and causing a rackus right underneath the property. No instructions on how to operate the appliances provided.. example the two in one washer and dryer, the phone or the heater panels in the room. No instructions on how to use the security alarms in the room. Not enough blankets or clean sheets. Not enough trash cans and no place to put soap or body wash in the shower other than the floor. Not enough complimentary tea/sugar or milk either. Its crap.. furniture in my apartment was falling apart. I wont ever recommend anyone to go there. Wast of money

My family and i love staying at this property. We've stayed here multiple times. Unfortunately, our last stay was as good as expected. They had no fans or air conditioning. The shower had some issues too. My boys found it very uncomfortable. Hopefully, they might put fans during summer.

location, location ideal location
was nice and convenient - we were there for 7 days in that time 1 lift was working , that wasn't ideal as the 1 lift took so long for guests - again not ideal, there was a fire alarm so had to evacuate at 7am, someone burning toast otherwise nice room, close to shops and freeway reception fellow was very nice (shay) I think his name,we had 1 key per room, that was not ideal, maybe that could be rectified with 2 available per room Many thanks
