Check in was unpleasant to say the least and the lady who checked us in simply lacked empathy and was aloof and cold. The room almost got zero water pressure in the shower. The aircon when turned on was noisy. So nosy that its continuous humming kept us up all night. Been regularly crashing at this establishment but the experience is getting worse each time as of recent.

Highly recommend Club Room as the deal we got included full breakfast and continental breakfast in the Club lounge. From 5-7pm unlimited drinks and yummy snacks in the Club lounge. Free self parking. My husband and I were very lucky as we got upgraded because our aircon wasn’t working and the Junior Suite was even better. We celebrated our 20 year Wedding Anniversary. Thank you Grand Millennium for all your hospitality. Staff are amazing.
