Perfect location for spark arena, we stayed here for Disney on ice. Everything about this place was awesome, only downside was not being able to book parking in advance. We got there right at 3pm to check in and there was no parking available so had to park at the arena carpark.

Our stay was amazing. Great location, close to shops, cafes and a supermarket. This is our second trip to this hotel and our apartment was a little run down this time and needed a wee bit of attention. Our last apartment was fantastic.

A very good Apartment Hotel with excellent staff. In a convenient part of Auckland City, with good dining options within walking distance. Directly opposite the Spark Arena (not the purpose of my stay though). I will certainly stay here again.

The manager was very understanding when I realised my booking for 3 people had been confirmed for only 2 adults. He changed the room to a different room to include a sofa bed to make room for the third person. The kids walked to Spark Arena whilst I relaxed in the room watching a movie on Sky TV. Had a great stay. Would love to stay again.

Elevators weren’t working properly, manager I extremely rude, the room was not ready and we waited 2.5 hours in adina hotel car park which I was charged $45 for, and I was then told that because a cigarette packet was left in the rubbish bin that I must have been smoking in the small room equipped with smoke alarms that were not set off, and subsiquently charged $300 dollars for a cleaning fee!! The room was dirty and musty smelling on arrival like it had not been opened up in awhile. Bar tender in the lobby was very nice though.

Nice apartment in good location.
