This is a great place. The hotel suite was beautiful, the bathroom had a huge tub and shower with soft water. The bed's were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything you could think of. The house blend coffee was great. If i could buy that I would. The pool and pool house was clean and a lot of fun. BONUS. We were able to swim and use the any of the activity's before our room was ready. Definity will stay again and again.

Checking in the front desk girl was not good at all!! Acted mad and resentful Did not explain things very well acted like we were bothering her to be there. Checked a very frustrated at us and it wasn’t anything we did it. I think she’s just in a bad mood and took it out on us.

The unit itself was very nice, clean, adequately furnished, and just as pictured - very nice. However, the housekeeping staff would leave bags of laundry and trash outside of units over night. We contacted the front desk to remove bags of stuff outside our front door after it sat there over 5 hours in the evening after check in. Other units had a smaller bag outside over night as it was visible when you came out in the morning. This appearance detracted from the overall unit and stay.

We had a 3 bedroom suite and loved the layout. Plenty of room for the 1 year old to walk around or be in playpen. Master bedroom and bathroom huge with fireplace. Balcony huge. Sat on balcony in mornings and so quiet. Saw deer walking on property. Upon checking out, the clerk was indifferent and did not ask for the resort fee which resulted in getting phone calls and having to process via email. He also was not helpful with our complimentary gift - the other front desk person had to help us.

This property was very well maintained. It is surrounded by trees. Parking lots were well organized and laid out. You can park within feet of your housing. Very safe, quiet, very walkable. The staff was incredible. Dee, at the front desk, was incredible. When you are in the area I highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it.
