The check was great, allowed to check in early. Person was friendly. We're required to speak with the concierge for a parking pass which was really a sales pitch to participate in a 2 hour meeting to join the club. The facility was under construction which was not stated when booking. We were told there was ice in our unit, there was not and the bucket was dirty. We were told smoking was only allowed in the grilling area yet there was no receptacle for butts or garbage. There was not a lot of useful information from the staff or on their website. The place was quite and otherwise comfortable.

Indoor & outdoor hot tubs. Indoor/outdoor pool w/ waterslide. Anastasia in the activities room was great! We had a blast in the escape room & making caramel apples & friendship bracelets. The rooms were gorgeous, spacious & cozy! Loved the fireplaces & balcony. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook & have meals. Great vacation!!!!

At first i was concerned since there wasnt any restaurants or a spa and the pool area was under construction but it was perfect. The location was close to everything. The bed was comfotable and the amenities in the room were awesome.

The facility was wondeful and our accomodations fantastic. There were a couple issues with things not working but both were resolved quickly. The only change I would make when we book again is to secure a handicap room. It was my call to try a normal room, but the bathroom would have been easier to navigate if I had requested a handicap room. BUT everything was wonderful.

The only reason it wasn't 5 stars across the board is due to the construction going on but that is understandable to be doing in the fall and winter when its less busy. We enjoyed our stay and the room was nice (the wall paper in the master bathroom could use some fixing).
