The front desk staff checking us in was very nice and efficient. We appreciated having the complimentary airport shuttle as well. The room, however, was not very clean. The carpet was stained, the fitted sheet had a huge stain on it, and there was a musty smell in the room. We immediately called the front desk to ask for a new fitted sheet and they brought one up right away. The area behind the bed had crumbs along the baseboard and a vape pen on the floor - which we only noticed because we had to change the sheet. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Maintenance Issues in Philly
Not a pleasant visit. We had to pay for parking at the hotel, which is absurd. Staff was friendly enough, but the toilet in our room leaked water all over the floor, the handle on the shower fell off, the bedding had minor stains, and the bathroom sink didn’t drain. We expected much better from Marriot, even if it was a business Delta hotel.

It was a very nice place with a good restaurant and shuttle service fairly close to airport and quiet. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The building is surrounded on 3 sides by a lovely large pond. Across the freeway there is a very large nature, wildlife preserve although it takes a vehicle ride to get to.
