Lovely time in Bristol
It was a 2 night stay to attend a gig at the Beacon and wander around the city visiting some shops I had been to before and visit familiar sites - the Clifton Suspension Bridge and Cabot Tower

Lovely hotel close to everything
Lovely hotel in a great location right in the heart of Bristol. Parking included at the multi storey car park next door. Friendly staff, spacious rooms,lovely bar and breakfast

Never stayed in Bristol or stayed at a Future Inn hotel before but would highly recommend it. Hotel was fantastic with friendly staff and great food. Bristol and the surrounding area was great for days out.

Hotel and staff very good. Room good but heated towel rail falling off wall. Surprised cleaners never saw that. No opening windows for fresh air. Area great for shopping bars and food. Lots of rough sleepers in area and behind hotel. Good breakfast.

A gem of a hotel.
What a Gem of a hotel right next to the City Centre and with easy reach of the harbour side and restaurants. We stayed for nights and the room was great as were the breakfasts. All the staff were polite and friendly.The close proximity of the car park which was free for guests is a massive plus. We would stay again.

We had a loverly stay staff friendly and polite only issue was the shower head didn’t stay properly in the holder and plug to the bath didnt fit in plug hole securely . Regards to this we had a lovetly stay Thank You

We only stayed for on route to further up the country. We have stayed at the hotel many times before. The staff were friendly and polite couldn’t fault them. The breakfast has improved a lot and was enjoyable. The only comment is that the room was very good spacious and temperate. Unfortunately the mattress on the bed has obviously seen better days as it was very uncomfortable due to rolling into the centre and not very supportive.

Absolutely terrible I’ve stayed in so many hotels around the world for work and holidays but this hotel was disgusting! No sound proofing on the door, carpet was ripped and stained everywhere, bedding looked like it hadn’t been washed and mattress was exposed and stained, air con was like a washing machine noise, broken tiles in bathroom, dirty toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, broken bed on the head board side, requested a travel cot when I booked but they said there was no record of these and I had to show them the email then when it did arrive it was broken to baby had to sleep on pillows, stains and grime on most of the walls and furniture they had not been wiped at all for a long time and to top it off baby fell against the bedside table after tripping over broken bed! Morning after when we checked out there was no asking about our stay and room, honestly hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in
