Hôtel très bien situé, proche du centre touristique et facilement accessible depuis la gare. Chambre spacieuse, très bien aménagée et équipée. Un excellent séjour !

Excellent location, minutes from Centrale station and many of the major sights. Was safe daytime and evening and quiet overnight despite being in a busy area. Room was comfortable and hotel was very quiet. Had some problems on check-in and also check-out. Seems that the digital services were not well aligned with the hotel. All resolved but it caused some needless checks with Reception. Also at check-in was told I couldn’t use my existing points but have previously been told I may do so.

The hotel is amazing! You can walk to everything from there! 2:30am - fountain across the hotel - my fiends and I found ourselves drinking beer and eating chips enjoying the night and people were so friendly! We opted for a top floor suite and the views were AMAZING!! If you are not sure about the staying here...just do it! You will love how safe the area is and all that is around you!

This hotel is on a little square that is a 3 minute walk to the Grand Place, the arcade, and all the highlights of Brussels. The room we had was surprisingly spacious. We had an unexpected 10-star view of the city hall spire (that looks like a cathedral spire). Front desk was very nice and the breakfast was typical and nice. It was a pleasant stay!

Great location. Hotel staff absolutely brilliant, I interacted with a number of them, and they were all great. Corridors to the rooms are a little dated, but room itself was great. Room 610 had an absolutely incredible view, we were able to open the window in the evening and listen to the buzz of the square below! Great hotel all round. We had a 5 year old child with us, absolutely great for him too.
