Property was great in all aspects barring the rooms themselves unfortunately. AC was a constant issue in a multitude of rooms during our stay, breaking down and having to be moved on multiple occasions. Bathrooms all need an upgrade, they are dates beyond belief and smell to high heaven with possibly sewerage issues in some.

Good service with lovely people and a great location for walkability. The pool was great and we loved the food. However, the bathrooms in each room smelled horrendous and were very old and terrible quality, with water even leaking from the toilet flush and racks falling out of the wall! There was also water damage/mould on the ceiling, handles falling out of doors and poor airconditioning. Thus, I doubt I'd stay again due to the major need for upgrades!

Positives and negatives with this hotel. Positives: 2 minutes from beach so you’re removed from the commotion of a beach front hotel. Spacious rooms and AC works well Deep, heated pool Close to shops, massages, and mall with restaurants and coffee Negatives: WiFi in the rooms isn’t very reliable but works fine outside Breakfast buffet is fine. Pancakes are good but everything else is standard fare. Rooms are spacious but decor could use an update. There’s a bit of a 90s feel with the interior design. Staff is pleasant and English is good but you get the sense that they don’t care that much. Getting laundry done involved two front desk staff going back and forth before directing to go to the hotel’s laundry facility. Overall, this is a hotel that’s right near the beach and will always be in demand. Because of that, they’ll give you the basics and not much more. Not a bad place to stay (other than the WiFi) but just measure your expectations.

Eka was fantastic cleaning room. Left us animals made from our towels every day. Such wonderful surprises everyday. Cats, fish, elephants, crab ,dogs, frogs, rabbit and even a monkey. Loved it. 🐸🐒🐰😺🐠🐕🐘🦀

Don't Bother
Room was so small couldn't swing a cat round. Tiny ants running everywhere (over bed). Not a balcony, was 30cm x 100 cm. No view, worst room in the hotel. Upgraded to better room at extra cost. On third floor with no lift. Breakfast is not worth bothering with. Again ants running over the tables. Pool rediculously too deep, no shallow end, just sudden drop and difficult to get in and out.
