We had a lovely stay at Kuta Paradiso. The property could do with some upgrades in areas but do not take away from the experience of the stay. The stay were incredible and so care. The room service was delicious. Breakfast was great and a huge variety! I highly recommend getting a massage! The spa was phenomenal. Very much an escape from the hecticness of Kuta.

The breakfast and brunch buffet was amazingly good. Fresh fruit, high quality pastas and noodles, will all the fixings, all well prepared and great variety. Service and staff there was amazing. Front desk staff not as friendly. They seemed to be very abrupt and cold.

The best thing about this hotel is that it provides free airport pick up and drop off. The breakfast is also great. Other than that, the hotel is a little old, with fixtures that are falling. The prices are also a little over the top. The sports bar restaurant prices and service charge are also extremely high.

The property was decent! Was very disheartening when we walked to the beach and it was full of liter and garbage. There were some sketchy folks doing unsafe activities! But for a place to just rest before flying out it worked! Breakfast was good and we ate at the Restraunt food was good! Staff was safe was friendly and accommodating.

Was greeted by a smile from every single staff member every day and everyone goes out of their way to ensure your trip is as comfortable as possible. It is within walking distance of some amazing shopping places and dining options like the stadium sports bar and cafe. The pool is well maintained with the staff going above and beyond to keep the hotel to a very high standard of cleanliness! Will stay here next time again for sure!
