Loved the location, there are very good restaurants nearby. Didn’t like that they upgraded us without asking or informing us from a hotel room to a villa room, that we didn’t want. Breakfast buffet was really not good, and we had to go out to have breakfast despite having paid for it while booking the hotel. Staff were generally ok, the sense of they feeling happy to serve guests was completely missing l. They were just doing their job. Overall, average experience of staying here.

We booked this resort as we had a late arrival flight and were travelling to Ubud the next day. We weren't expecting a lot as we chose the resort mainly for it's handy location to the airport. We were seriously impressed! Despite it's proximity to the airport and hustle bustle of Kuta, this resort sprawls deeply back from the road, with beautiful gardens and pools. The room (Deluxe King) was spacious and comfortable if a little dated. The bathroom wasn't great and had a bit of an unpleasant smell to it, but we only had to put up with it for one night. Breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the price point was very affordable, and overall I feel this resort exceeded expectations. There was signage that a room revamp is imminent and when this takes place the only issue of outdated rooms will be addressed. Would stay again if flying in to the airport on a late flight.

Stayed in their garden view villa. The hotel location is very convenient with eateries and small convenience stores. The compound is nicely designed and a nice calm ambience to it. Staff are friendly and helpful but I had to remind them about the extra person setup which was not ready upon checkin, reminder sent on housekeeping as well. Would recommend stay for its nice spacious villa, great breakfast buffet and good location.

This property has been a favourite for many years. However, upon our arrival, we encountered a delay in accessing our room as it was not yet ready by 2 pm. Meanwhile, we were informed that we would be upgraded to a villa located on the other side of the property. It appeared that there was a possibility that our cottage had been requested for an extended booking beyond the 3 days we had initially reserved. A minor problem. Aside from this, we had a pleasant three days and enjoyed dinners at Envy and Anvaya. The staff are always great especially Putu who has worked there for many years..she is probably the reason many people keep coming back.

Great place to stay close to the airport, beach and stroll to Kuta Along the boardwalk. We were upgraded to a room With its own pool, which was lovely. The swim bar and cocktails were great!

Lovely hotel, with nice Balinese style design. We enjoyed the great, deep pool with swim up bar. Staff were really nice. The lady on site had good deals on activities. Nearby beach is just ok. Would happily have stayed for longer. Nearby waterbom was fab.

This is a lovely property with good, clean facilities. Located in a preferred area, a short walk to the beach, shops and warungs. Lush grounds with expansive pool, including children’s wading. If you happen to need a hotel that is close to airport before your morning flight this is the one. Hotel is in a very nice location, breakfast was good and for dinner there are multiple options within a walk.
