Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Excellent location for old town to get out and about sightseeing easily. Would stay again!

Some of the staff members were very helpful and professional. Take a taxi back to the airport. Less hassle and don’t need to confirm it workdays in advance. Overall ok experience. As mentioned before, some of the staff really went above and beyond. Thank you.

The check in staffs were extremely nice and help full. Room and bathroom was very clean and good size. The location was prefect, walkable to tourist attractions and restaurants.

This is an older property but with character. The room had a suite vibe to it. Location is great for access to downtown. Staff was helpful but limited in what they could do. Very basic overall but good for the money spent.

Just a typical stay
short stay in a big and spacious room. Rather noisy due to the busy street. Easy and convenient to go to the center of the city. Breakfast didn't meet my expectations, as it was rather typical, with some major things missing (were cereals, but no milk on the buffet).

Abbiamo avuto diversi problemi, non ci hanno rifatto la camera, non ci sono venuti incontro per i problemi di perdita della camera che ci è costato 60 euro in più, era una suite e non c'erano ciabatte ne cambio caffè mentre i nostri amici che avevano una camera regolare si . La risposta del personale, tra le righe, era sempre la stessa: Sostanzialmente "arrangiatevi". Nessun supporto, nessun venirci incontro per i disagi. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Güzel bir deneyim
Merkezi bir yerdeydi otel, gezeceğiniz yerlere yürüme mesafesi çok rahat gidebiliyorsunuz. Otel bence konforluydu. Sadece geceleri geç saatlerde sokak-caddeden gereksiz bağırış sesleri gelebilir, bu sizi korkutmamalı, ve bu durumun otelle hiçbir alakası yok. Kahvaltı çeşitliydi, ancak biraz daha lezzetli olabilirdi, tek dezavantaj durum buydu sanırım :) Tüm çalışanlar oldukça güleryüzlü ve pozitiflerdi, herkese çok teşekkür ederiz!

El hotel deja mucho que desear. Si bien es cierto que el hotel acaba de ser renovado, le faltan muchas cosas aún por pulir y una buena limpieza. Hay polvo de la obra por todos los lados, y en cuestión de servicios tampoco se han esmerado mucho: Las camas son muy pequeñas, la ropa de cama se queda corta, solo nos pusieron amenities para una persona cuando la reserva era para dos, no hay repisa en la ducha para dejar el jabón, no nos hicieron la habitación en todo el fin de semana, la habitación da a una calle extremadamente ruidosa. La verdad es que por el precio pagado, me esperaba mucho mas

Well located hotel, front desk staff was ok, cleanliness was ok, but: no sound isolation internally, room window was broken, almost no light in the room, didn't close properly, shower flooded the bathroom, breakfast staff wouldn't answer to greetings, common toilets barred by garbage bags, but they would still tell you to go there. Many of these things could be solved rather easily, wouldn't recommend until they are fixed.
