Beautiful old hotel
The hotel was beautiful but a bit old…the carpets were stained and some of the molding was crumbling off and one room had a broken lock/latch. The cleaners Askari did not respect my do not disturb sign and I didn’t notice until much later that my change was missing. I did let front desk know re entering even though DND was on the door. The buffet/breakfast was great. The spa was nice but they rescheduled me 3 times. Kristina was amazing! The spa also charged me for the wrong service but called me to correct their mistake as I didn’t catch it,

For a five-star hotel, the rooms were quite disappointing. The hotel lobby itself was beautiful and grand, but the room was old and dated. There was only one free plug in the room to charge my devices (I had to unplug the lamps). The sink and shower did not drain properly during my first night. I reported this to the staff and they were unapologetic. The sink drain was eventually fixed, but not the shower drain. The shower also leaked profusely from the corners, so the bathroom would be filled with puddles after showering. The mattresses were sagging. The toiletries (e.g. cotton swabs, soaps) were not refilled during my stay. The front desk staff were not very welcoming or especially pleasant. On the positive side, breakfast was amazing and the staff there were very friendly and polite. The housekeeping team did a great job making up the room. Despite being old and in need of maintenance, the room (and the hotel in general) was very clean. Overall, it was an okay stay, but not what I expected from the Corinthia.

Really lovely hotel, very central to lots of things. Beautiful Christmas decorations made it quite grand. Loved the spa and customer service in hotel. Had the most amazing meal in the Brasserie although quite expensive, and felt staff while pleasant enough didn’t really want to be there.. The only criticism was the meal from room service, not the greatest.

Fantastic stay in great location
Food and facilities were fantastic. Looked after really well by staff. Lovely room and surroundings. Only thing I could fault was house keeping didn't tidy away plates we used, on our first evening and they were still there when we checked out. Also, not all towels were replaced after we left them in the bath to be changed.

We loved this place!! From the gorgeous lobby and view up the stairs, efficient friendly staff, the surprise of an upgrade (!!) and the quiet busyness of all things going on to our fabulous room with the amazing view, spacious spotless rooms, and a special complimentary fruit and water delivery to our door. Beautiful Hotel
The Hotel is Gorgeous and decorated beautifully for the holidays. Front Desk and Concierge very accommodating. Our room was vey hot and had maintenance come and eventually had to shut down heat completely and still have window open. Room service was prompt and nice selection. Housekeeping took used towels and did not replace any including bath mat. I requested towels and they arrived with two hand towels. I requested again and they provided a full set but were quite rude about it. Dinner at Caviar and Bull was excellent. The included Breakfast was incredible with so many beautiful selections.
