The staff is very attentive and friendly. They are ready and eager to help.
I remember one reviewer criticizing that rooms are small and at breakfast one may only choose one item from the menu (in addition to orange juice, a croissant, and coffee). This is correct, but that one item is a full meal, like a croque monsieur, and it is very filling. I would say their breakfast is better than most hotel. On top of that, the restaurant is on the top floor with beautiful view. It's a very pleasant environment and the staff is great.
Regarding the size of the room: this is in the middle of a major European city, what would you expect? Nevertheless, I thought that the room was very cleverly designed to use the space effectively. I was alone, but it felt just fine. I imagine that if two people with several huge suitcases stay in the same room, then it feels a bit more crowded, but in that case you can get a larger room (which they have).
