Property is a Microtel. It is convenient off the highway. Seems like a safe area. Easy checkin. Desk clerk was professional and personable. Hotel itself has a bad odor throughout. Room itself was clean but outdated. No amenities but a vending machine. Although the price was right I probably would not stay there again.

We waited about 15 minutes before being helped at the desk, people were working at a snail's pace. We booked a non-smoking room 3 weeks in advance and were given a smoking room that reeked of smoke.

A no frills clean and affordable option
Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast isn't much at all but the location is great and the price was awesome! Thanks!

My husband and I arrived around 830pm. I entered the small lobby to check in but there were 2 other guests ahead of me & it was a very slow proces w/2 older gentleman working the desk. Both were civil but one was definitely friendlier than thw other. Our room was clean but very small, and thw entire hotel is very outdated (like from the 80-90s) but it appeared well maintained & clean overall. My main complaint was no coffee maker in the room and the continental breakfast was very very limited. The staff working the breakfast though was very friendly & kept the limited items well stocked. Overall not a bad place to stop for a night but a little pricey for the small rooms, dated decor & limited breakfast/coffee.

Outdated, the smell of marijuana permeated the hallways, trip breaker at the breakfast bar for too many outlets being used, overall just a rundown motel not sure why it got as many stars as it did but probably will not be back. It is a good place to lay your head that’s about it.

One of the better budget hotels in Niagara!
Very clean and comfortable! Short walk to restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Friendly staff. Free delicious coffee 24/7!

Small but clean and comfortable.
Last minute booking for a stop over in Buffalo. Small quiet hotel with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. No shampoo or conditioner however. TV and fridge. No hair dryer. Clean towels. Fresh smelling room with adjustable heat/fan. A vending machine room for snacks and drinks and continental breakfast included. Coffee, tea, toast, muffins etc. Friendly front desk staff.
